Major Clean Product Bowl

The product bowl is where the purified air
accumulated from the intake valve.The product
bowl consist of an inflated seal common in most
wuster column coating system ,Brand Name [Glatt]
The product bowl will be major clean when
the time limitation has expired ,contamination,
mechanical repair and change of active or strength
of active ingredient.
Most pharmaceutical company have SOP for the
equipment .It is important to read the SOP for
each equipment. Follow all safety procedure during
major cleaning.
To major clean the product bowl set the
equipment to clean mode from the OIT.Raise the bowl
to get access to the plenum seal remove the deflated
plenum seal for major cleaning. Removed the seal
on the rim of the product bowl.Open the drain hole
to allow the the water out.
Used the pressure hose to wash out the debris
from the wall of the bowl. Turn on the hot water
and continue to wash the product bowl. Afterward
used the recommended brush to brushed the walls
with recommended soap or detergent. Use the brush
and detergent recommended to clean the seals
Rinse when clean with portable water. Do a final
rinse to verified cleaning.Document all cleaning
in the equipment log book.Signed performed by and
